PGNA Labs ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based supplier of research-grade peptides and ancillary compounds. By accessing our website at pgnalabs.co.uk and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 years or over.
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or purchasing on behalf of a licensed research institution.
• You understand that all products are for in-vitro research use only and will not be used for human or veterinary consumption.
• You are purchasing within the United Kingdom or a jurisdiction where the purchase of research peptides is lawful.

By purchasing from PGNA Labs, you acknowledge that you are aware of the regulatory status of the compounds you are purchasing and that you accept full responsibility for their lawful use within your jurisdiction.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by PGNA Labs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe the products may be misused.

Payments are processed via Fena, an open banking payment gateway. No card or banking credentials are stored by PGNA Labs at any time. All transactions are subject to Fena's own terms and conditions.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT/BST) on a working day will be prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from dispatch. PGNA Labs is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control.

We accept returns of products that remain sealed and in lyophilised (freeze-dried) form within 14 days of delivery. Products that have been reconstituted, opened, or show signs of tampering cannot be returned.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PGNA Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from misuse of research compounds.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
